Please note that all ticket types and fees are the same whether you attend in person or online. Registrants are not required to choose between in person or online participation until one week before the event date.
If it is not possible for The Forum to be held in person for any reason, then all programming will be delivered online only.
For in person attendance: All conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks.
For online attendance: All conference materials, one connection to participate online.
No refunds will be provided within three weeks of The Forum. Cancellations three weeks or more before The Forum date will be refunded less a $100 administration fee.
